The information we collect

We do not require you to give us your real name, address, or any other identifying information beyond what's needed to process payment.

How your information is used

Your billing information is used solely to process payment for your call and is never sold, rented, or shared with marketing lists of any kind. We only disclose your personal information if legally compelled to do so by a court order or subpoena.

Billing statement discretion

Call handling

Chicks With Sass does not record or monitor your calls. This applies to what happens on our end: our operators and systems are not recording your conversation. We have no way to control or guarantee what happens on your end of the line, including whether you or anyone else with access to your call chooses to record it.

Who we share information with

Your payment is processed by KTT Communications, who receives your billing details solely to complete the transaction. We retain billing and call records for as long as necessary to meet our payment processor's requirements and applicable legal obligations, after which they are not kept. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Website analytics

Like most websites, when you visit chickswithsass.com we automatically collect standard technical data: your general location (via IP address), the site or search engine that referred you, which pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and your browser and operating system. This is used only to understand and improve the site experience, and is not linked to any call or billing record.

Age requirement

This site and its services are restricted to adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
